Abingdon, Oxfordshire, UK - KFP Total IT Solutions (KFP) are delighted to announce that they are further expanding their operation into mainland Europe. European expansion has been a key ongoing goal for us, and in recent years the business has already opened a European hub in Dublin, Ireland. Now, and even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company have decided to open a 3rd office in The Netherlands. Situated 40 minutes from Amsterdam, this ideal location and mainland European hub puts KFP in another great position to support its ever-growing customer base.
We are hoping our new facility will open to our customers in June 2021.
The prominence of being located just outside Amsterdam is that this location will support our northern and central European coverage and will provide our customers with a dedicated area of support, including technology staging, storage, warehousing, and office space.
Expansion across Europe means that KFP can continue to use its own engineering workforce for all projects. We fully respect that outsourcing has its place, but to continually offer the level of service that our customers need, we believe in doing the job with our own team, as this ensures we deliver the best customer service possible.
As a forward-thinking business, KFP has always been one step ahead. Pre Brexit, they expanded their Dublin operation. During the pandemic, they moved some of their employees into key European locations which ensured that there would be no disruption to customer operations. Now with this latest expansion, European coverage is further guaranteed without any disruption to our customers.
KFP is the type of business that moves mountains for its customers. This is one of the many reasons why investing into Europe has always been their goal and why they think investing in their own infrastructure with more space, greater capacity, and continued service levels, will all result in better service for their customers.
John Moss, KFP’s Founder & CEO, has said, “This expansion is key for us. We have invested heavily in many areas of the business over the last 5 years, even during the pandemic, whilst many were scaling back, we were scaling up. At the height of the pandemic, we continued to recruit new members of staff, increased operational activity from our Dublin location, and now we are expanding our presence into The Netherlands. What has been very troubling times over the past 12-14 months, have now shown to be a great opportunity for us and our customers. Our customers will continue to receive the best service levels in the marketplace, but now that we also have our Netherlands office and warehouse, we are able to take on more customer stock, increase our staging and testing capacity, and deliver a truly mainland European IT service for our valued customers.”
With non-essential retail in England now open again, KFP are looking forward to supporting all their customers again and helping them with getting back to trading. The COVID-19 pandemic has hit many industries hard but most notably, retail and hospitality. Our message? KFP is here for you. If you need any support from us whether it is in-store technology installation or break-fix services, then KFP are here to help.
